Tamilnadu College of Engineering

Tamilnadu College of Engineering was sponsored by Tamilnadu Technical Education Foundation (Regd.) established in the year 1984. The Institution was founded by eminent philanthropists Late Lion T.N. Palanisamy B.A., MJF and Dr.P.V. Ravi Ph.D., who are pioneering educators having unmatched rich experience in the field of education with belief that the continuous perusal of knowledge is the sole path to success.

The primary focus of the Institution is to expose the young minds to the world of technology, instilling in them confidence and fortitude to face new challenges enabling them to shine in their chosen fields.

The College is recognized by the Government of Tamilnadu, approved by All India Council for Technical Education, New Delhi and affiliated to Anna University. The National Board of Accreditation (NBA), AICTE, New Delhi accredited the courses B.E. (Computer Science Engineering ), B.E. (Mechanical Engineering ), B.E(Civil Engineering) and B.E(Electronics and Communication Engineering) for 3 years.

To Develop the institution as a center of excellence providing value added education with all R&D facilities to offer solution to industrial development, moulding youth to practice engineering profession with Confidence, Courage, Competence and Integrity, thereby gaining international acceptance.

The Tamilnadu College of Engineering will offer high quality education in the fields of Engineering Technology, Applied Science and Management through cutting-edge, State-of-the-art programme at graduate, Post-graduate and doctoral levels.

It will provide numerous opportunities for development of knowledge, skills and professional abilities of its teachers, staff and students with focus on the future.
